About the Image Resizer
Every platform wants a different picture size: a 1080×1080 Instagram post, a 1280×720 YouTube thumbnail, a 600 px wide email banner or a small profile photo for a form. Our Image Resizer lets you set the exact size you need without installing any software.
You can resize by pixels with the aspect ratio locked so nothing looks stretched, or scale by percentage to make images smaller or larger in one step. All processing happens in your browser, so your photos stay private.
How to use the Image Resizer
- Upload one or more images by clicking the box or dragging files in.
- Choose Pixels and type a width or height, or choose Percentage and move the slider.
- Keep Keep aspect ratio ticked to avoid stretching, and pick an output format if you want to change it.
- Click Resize images and download the results individually or as a ZIP.
When is it useful?
- Prepare photos for social media posts, covers and thumbnails

Why use PandaToolDesk?
Private by design. The Image Resizer runs completely inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, so nobody else can see them — not even us.
Free with no limits. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. Use it as often as you like on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android or iPhone.
Fast results. Because there is nothing to upload, even large files are processed quickly — the speed depends only on your own device.
Frequently asked questions
Does resizing reduce quality?
Making an image smaller keeps it sharp. Making it much larger than the original can make it look soft, because new pixels have to be created.
What does 'keep aspect ratio' mean?
It keeps the original shape of the image. If you enter only a width, the height is calculated automatically so the photo does not look stretched or squashed.
Can I resize many images at once?
Yes. Add as many images as you like; the same settings are applied to all of them and you can download everything as a single ZIP file.
Is there a size limit?
Files up to 200 MB are supported. Very large output sizes may be limited by your browser's memory.
